WHEN ARE ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?

Your assessment is due by March 15th each year.  You may navigate to PayHOA to request an account.​

WHAT ARE THE RESTRICTIONS ON OUR DEED?

When you closed on your home, you signed a quitclaim deed.  In that document the restrictions are outlined.  You can download a copy here.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT A DEED VIOLATION?

Simply send an email to board@thornapplehighlands.org or use your PayHOA account to submit a general request.

CAN WE HAVE SOLAR PANELS INSTALLED

Yes.  The Architecture Review Committee (ARC) needs to approve your plans but the THHA fully supports the use of Solar Energy Systems.  Please review these guidelines

IS THERE A FACEBOOK GROUP?

Yes.  The HOA maintains a private facebook group intended for homeowners and residents only.  

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I SPOT A BURNED OUT STREET LIGHT?

They City of Columbus maintains the street lamps. Please file a ticket via 311 to address this.

DO I NEED APPROVAL FOR ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES TO MY HOME?

Yes. The Architecture Review Committee (ARC) needs to review your plans for things such as window replacement, fences, etc.
